About the Artwork
Q: Are the paintings original, limited edition, or prints?
A: No, Most paintings are prints. (All are Oil base paintings) If a piece is a limited edition print, it will be clearly noted in the description, along with the edition number.
Q: Do the artworks come signed or with a certificate of authenticity?
A: Yes. All original paintings are signed and come with a certificate of authenticity to verify their originality and value. However I have no original artwork at this time. all original artwork will come with certificate.
Q: Are the colors in person the same as on the website?
A: I photograph artwork in natural light and adjust for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Most collectors find the colors even richer in person.
Ordering & Customization
Q: Do you offer framing options?
A: Select works are available framed. If you’d like framing, I can recommend options or ship the painting unframed so you can choose a style that best suits your space. please note pricing do change for customized framing.
Q: What if the artwork I want is sold out?
A: Originals are unique and cannot be recreated exactly, but prints can occasionally be restock.
Shipping & Handling
Q: How are paintings packaged for safe delivery?
A: Each piece is professionally packed with archival materials, corner protectors, and double boxing or custom crating (for larger works) to ensure it arrives safely.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, I ship worldwide. International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
Q: Is shipping insured?
A: Yes. All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value until delivery is confirmed.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier, but you’ll receive tracking information once your artwork is on its way.
Care & Display
Q: How should I hang and care for my painting?
A: Paintings should be displayed away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. Dust lightly with a soft, dry cloth—never use cleaning products or water.
Q: Do you recommend professional framing?
A: For works on canvas, framing is optional but can enhance presentation.
Payment & Returns
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes, payment plans can be arranged. please see all payment options . Please contact me directly to discuss flexible options if needed
Q: What is your return policy?
A: I want you to be completely happy with your artwork. Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery if the piece is in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Q: What should I do if my painting arrives damaged?
A: Please contact me within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork. I’ll work with you immediately on an insurance claim and replacement or refund
